I'm looking for a yoga class relatively "nearby"- I've practiced Hot Hatha for a few months, but I'm willing to try something else. I need to find a class ASAP!!! Anyone know where I can go? I would like to go several times a week.

My best recommendation for the East Texas area is Paula Stanton's yoga team at the Good Shepherd Institute for Healthy Living in Longview. I know that it's a 45 minute drive to Longview, but well worth it. They have a diverse yoga schedule, which also gives you access to their spa, fitness facility, and childcare services.
